The stove itself is wonderful love the double oven although in less then a year the lower oven door gasket burnt Easy to fix but unfortunately costumer service sucks Took two visits from a technician to finally get the part ordered Difficult to speak with someone at LG and strangely no one could find our model number..finally after calling and calling they figured it out. Tech came out said he was ordering our partwaited and waited. Guess what? He never ordered it Another fight to talk to someone and finally another technician came and has ordered the part. Fingers crossed it happens this time Beautiful stove but LG needs to be more accessible to costumers. Spendy stovewhen we call please answer

control panel needs light

I love my new range. But the front control panel is difficult to read so I have to memorize all the options or use a flashlight. My husband tried to attach a light by magnets to the bottom/handle of grill but the grill is coated so cant use magnets.
