Very satisfied with the image quality. Had a little trouble getting the streaming device to talk HDR but it is working great once I did. Have to ignore the pop up 'I don't see an input, do you want me to ....' recurring notifications every time the devices power up.

Love it!

Great picture. good sound from TV speakers. My only complaint is syncing the audio with a sound bar - this takes time.

I bought this a month ago for a full upgrade to my existing 42 inch TV and specifically get a 4k TV. After doing thorough research I settled on this model and could not be happier. Between the perfect black, HDR, 4K and apps available I now find myself wondering why I didn't purchase this sooner. Highly recommend.

Stunning display. Truemotion engine not the best.

I love every piece of this gorgeous display except when it comes to its Trumotion processing engine. Try watching Planet Earth II (the HDR one) with the Trumotion Smooth option or do the user mode with De-Judder up to something like 5 or more. You'll see horrible artifacts on any fast moving animal as their running around. This seems to be an issue with LG's processing on all of their tvs. I've done a comparison to my friends 2017 version of this TV and it's the exact same. Everything going else about this TV is amazing and the reason I kept it. HDR, brightness, viewing angle, thinness, smart features, even the remote with a cursor is genius! I will however be looking more at Sony's next time I'm shopping as they do their Trumotion equivalent better. If i spend this much money on a TV I want it to be perfect. Another small side note. When I got the TV it turned on to a white screen that said Power Only mode. Good lord it was extremely frustrating. I could not do anything to get it out of that mode as the remote did nothing and neither did pressing the physical buttons on the TV. They just did test patterns on the screen. I called LG support and they said they'd have to send a technician out. I never did get the call back from them to set that up. Instead I Google it and figured out that I needed a service remote which I could emulate with an android phone and it's built in IR blaster. So after 6 hours I got it out of power only mode and into factory mode which didn't have any HDR features and would reset ally settings after power was cycled. I the FINALLY got it out of factory mode with that emulated service remote and the TV worked like normal. Thank goodness I work in the tech hardware industry and figured out that somehow the TV didn't get provisioned properly at the factory before shipping to me. If i were my mom I would have returned the TV instantly. All that said I do love the TV!
